Several years ago, actually 11 years ago I worked for ABI in Bedfordview, Northreef Road for a very short period of time. I can attest to the fact that they treat their staff very well! Within the first 3 months of my employment they gave me a new cellphone, a watch valued at R2500 and sent myself and the rest of that department on a ship cruise! I can’t remember the md’s name, but the cruise was named after him, we affectionately referred to him as “dad.” The cruise was called “dad’s cruise” and we wore tshirts to this effect.
It was a cruise with starlight cruises, the Monterey. It was a cruise to “nowhere” though. Just 4 days on international waters. Some fond memories there….

. Long story short tho - I signed up for 4 years and had quite a few experiences and adventures, like Im sure a lot of other guys here on the forum.
