    What I hate most.

What I hate most is people leaving there animals to die on a main road.

Here is a little pup that my brother found wondering on the main highway. Sadly the rest of the litter was ran down by cars. We had a look and it seems she was left there to die by a person. There is simply no way for a pup to make it that far on a main road.

She has a home with us now still I just wish people will stop and act when they see other people doing horrible stuff like this.

We took her to the vet and she is a bit underfed but otherwise healthy…

But for the most part traumatised

Gandhi said that you can judge a nation by the way it treats its animals.
It's really heart wrenching for human beings to discard their animals in such a cruel manner.

Well she is very playful and my crocs are now official chew-toys. That said she is good fun to have around.

No you wouldn't. I saw a documentary on what happens to the cows when their time has come. They are hearded over to Pakistan where they become leather. You don't want to see any of it, I can assure you....

I don't think that you want to be any animal living in China...or a 14 week old Nando's chicken.

No, I think that our consumerist consumption has turned animal farming into an absolutely terible industry.

                    Hi Adrian,

When you need to produce 1 million chickens a day, and it is still not enough to feed the population, it becomes a little difficult not to be desensitized to it.

@Justloadit - For sure, but the process of us becoming desensitized does not change the manner in which we treat the animals, it just changes our perception thereof. Another problem is also cultural, us westerners frown on eating all sorts of animal meat whereas many eastern cultures see nothing wrong with it.
