    Bad,Bad Service from Kalahari

    this saga of a badly described light fitting & its subsequent return after many mails & calls has been going on now for a few months. Now the refund which is suppose to take 5-7 days is long,long overdue. this is my mail to them this evening:

    "This now bothers on ridicule. On my last call to the customers service department i was told that my credit was due to be credited to my credit card account. This has not happened.

    Please let me know the fate of my hard earned missing funds ASAP

    Am not sure if this will have any effect. I'm never ever going to buy anything from Kalahari for a long time.

    It will have great effect! Call it the power of the TFSA.

    I've come to personally know certain members of TFSA. Flaker you a reputable businessman in Durban. I doubt very much that a person of your stature will become aggrieved for nothing...

      All I do is find out who the directors are of the offending company (Google is your friend) and call them direct.My problems usually get resolved very quickly! Company directors don't like getting called for small complaints.
