    Gee, Ian. You can't include any adverse commentary in a reference nowadays anyway. Even if you dismiss an employee, the most you can do is give reason for termination of employment as dismissal - and that's about it.

    There's no chance you'd include anything about an unproven situation like the one above.

        If she's gossiping about her "affair" with the fella, then she must want it, not harassment, surely? Maybe embarrassment rather...
