    Ethical Debt collecting procedures[coming soon)

    Coming soon at TFSA.

    1. Whilst many of my detractors will see me as a hypocrite for creating this thread, I’m merely been objective. I’m merely telling both sides of the story;

    2. This is after-all a business forum and I intend creating this thread efficiently and effectively either in December(next month) or January 2015;
    It’s intended for the small to medium size business

    3. It will have all the trills and attachments that my usual threads have
    4. I’m just going to mention some of the features at this juncture: Letters of demand for payment, section 57, and 58 letters and procedures, procedure for the small business to sue out summons themselves(without going to an attorney, provided that the business is the plaintiff and not acting on behalf of a third party and what to do after you have obtained judgment. As mentioned this is just a few features

    1. Thanks for this - awaiting the detail....
    2. What is really needed though is education, moral fiber and ethical people thus debt collection in any form would be a dying trade....
    As the education system in sunny South Africa failed us together with lack of ethics in the Government it will not happen anytime soon unfortunately. The tragedy is that it is at all necessary to create this thread.

        It seems the time has arrived for me to change my "handle" - as you are the second person in a short time madamming me - it's actually a combination of my name and my wife's name....

              I like your preview / trailer type post. It certainly has me hooked, I'm waiting with anticipation to see the debt collecting proceedures and I'm sure it will be useful to a lot of the small business owners as well.
