Coming soon:A reintroduction to extinctive prescription

    Hi Guys,

In the ensueing weeks I will be reintroducing extinctive prescription. The reason for this is simply that I'd really like an irrefutable body of knowledge to be available right here on TFSA. Such body of knowledge ideally must include footnotes. I've since realised that one can use the 'paste from word,' ribbon to accomplish this. Footnotes are the preferred method of referencing in legal writing. I intend to make a post on the correct use of footnotes first! It easier than you think!

Keep up the good work Vanash.Your breakdown of legal procedures to the average layman is truly appreciated.I`ve had time to peruse the site and must say everytime i`ve come across a post or thread that you`ve been involved in,it`s been a good learning experience.

(ps.i`m not discounting Dave,Blurock, kevinb and a few others whose posts and helpfull insights has been eye-openers)

A very good afternoon to you Phunky67,

Many thanks indeed for your kind feedback! It's feedback such as this that really keeps me motivated in life. I've accepted that all members of TFSA contribute to this pool of knowledge; I see it as a pool! I'm confident that you too will be sharing many insightful things with us going forward. I ain't the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to IT, I'm simply the end user so I appreciate any IT/PC trouble shooting posts very much! I'm also kept abreast with change in the business environment right here on TFSA. This is a good learning experience for me!
