    Promeal: Boss Dog Food: Excellent customer service!


    1.
    I am brand loyal to Boss Dog Food( or should I say my dogs are brand loyal), I buy 7 cans per week,

    2.
    About 2 weeks ago my dogs experienced diarrhea, it’s difficult to attribute this to any specific thing, as dogs are dogs, sometimes they kill birds and lizards which may cause them to have this condition;

    3.
    I nonetheless brought this to the attention of Promeal: There were extremely courteous and professional. They respected me as a customer and underwent to conduct lab tests on that batch of dog food and provide me with the same;

    4.
    Without my asking they sent one of their representatives to come and see me at my home and without me asking they gave me a few replacements;

    5.
    They clearly have a profound understanding of customer service!

      I was just so surprised as I expected nothing and merely wanted to bring to their attention that maybe that batch was sub standard. They emailed me, called me, sent that batch for lab tests, sent the lab test results to me and sent someone personally to bring me some replacements(which I never even asked for!) I sincerely wish that all companies can adopt this approach to customer service!

        I have had a similar experience with a Royco product that appeared to have damaged or faulty packaging. They made an effort to collect and replace the product ten fold.

        Beacon Sweets also stand by their product and chocolates that were past their sell by date or stored incorrectly by the shopkeeper were replaced without a fuss.
