I can print statements but not invoices or quotes on my pastel connection. The weird thing is that the other users can print, but I, being connected through the network cant
Any ideas to what could be wrong?
Hi Nevil, its me from Chad-O-Engineering, you helped me recently, its pastel 2011.
We have recently discovered that we can print statements which has added a new dimension to the problem... only now im more confused as to why the invoices aren't printing. It appears to be a problem with the network connecting to pastel specifically, but its so strange that some things can print and others cant.
The guys who work on our network also cant seem to find any problems on their side.
