    Tell me more about goal setting theory of motivation?

    Hi Everyone.


    I am an employee of a firm as I am less motivational so please

    suggest specific goals that in turn improve work performance, by increasing my

    motivation or tell me more about goal setting theory of motivation to increase my

    work power.

          First ask yourself; Do you like your job? Do you want to do this job for the rest of your life?
          Do you have what it takes to do the job well? Do you deliver what is expected of you?

          Now ask yourself; How can I become better at my job? What training/experience/exposure do I need?
          What is your boss/manager's goals? Are your goals aligned with his?
