I have just sent them another email as their telephone line stays engaged. I tried to edit the ETI page on my original declaration many times now yesterday and today - it allows me to but as soon as I save it, my corrections are lost and it reverts to my original EMP501 showing the ETI amount in the 'Due by me' block.

Have you added the eti to the specific certificates that it relates to? You have to do this. and then full re-submission request, and then add the eti to the declaration.
SARS will not be able to assist you. Remember they don't work on easyfile.....

Added eti to the 3 certificates, added source code 4118 etc saved it etc. it reflects but when I say view certificate its not there. I requested a full re-submission request again but encounter the same problem - not actually adding the amounts utilised.

if you want a second opinion you are welcome to send me your data and I'll check it for you. you can email me your email address via a pm, then I'll be in contact and you can upload a backup of your data on dropbox for me to download... or you could wait for SARS...
