    Loading Pastel files from disc

My accountant is using pastel partner, so i got pastel xpress version 11 to do some bookkeeping myself as i found it to be hard to manage on spreadsheet like i have been doing

I requested him to send me the files on a disck

How do i load the pastel files from the disc into my xpress?
I'm willing to use team viewer for assistance, please guys

He needs to send you the company data folder, which will be located in his C:\Pastel11 folder, and you simply copy and paste that company data folder into your C:\Xpress11 folder.

I am assuming that he is using Partner V11 and that he is on the same or earlier build as you (the latest build is 11.2.2).

Is the folder greyed out when you look at it on the disk? Can you copy the folder from the disk and paste it into your C:\Xpress11 folder?

Sorry, but I was on the road from about 10am, so I could not help you. I will call you when I am in front of my computer later (I am typing this on my tablet in my car!)
