This is a textbook example of opulence, lavishness, extravagance and the desire to live a lifestyle which is not proportionate to the lifestyles of the vast majority of South Africans. Upon reaching the office of the Presidency , you must appreciate that you ideally there not for a salary but rather to serve the public. They are not the people who have taps that do not work, these are the ones who have never seen a tap in their area. They get water from fountains, springs, rivers and even puddles after the rain.
