Morality; Concern with the distinction between good and evil or right and wrong; right or good conduct. Fact is I don’t care much about anything else, for me it is about morally. If a good person gets hit by a bus it is a sad day, when a bad person gets hit a bus it is a good day.

When a horrible customer comes to your establishment he/she/it is just wrong, I don’t care about the facts, proof or lack of proof. When a good customer comes to your establishment you sit down and you listen provide help as best you can and go the extra mile for that customer.

If you have integrity AKA Moral soundness then normally you will end up doing the right thing regardless, but if it is a point of view well then it becomes a contest of ego. And we all know where ego is involved crap will follow...
