    Before we conclude that I am stupid, let me note that if you zoom in enough you will find a cluster of grey colours, so sampling the colour is “random” to a degree. You will find that in my picture with 5 blocks that yes A and B is the same colour.

    However if you look at the picture with 4 blocks you will find that yes they are not the same. It is difficult to tell but the blue block is B and the green block A so there it is. Sample it yourself under magnification.
