why murder the 3 year old

listening to the news this morning...another farmer murdered...over 3000 aready

the joke...it is so bad that there is even a listing in wikipedia

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_African_farm_attacks

they stabbed the farmer...and shot his wife and 3 year old...why kill the 3 year old...i am trying to understand why the they shot the 3 year old...i can undertsand why they stabbed the farmer...there must be no better satisfaction for them than taking a knife and plunging it into another human being who you dont like...imagine the rush it must be a better than skydiver...i have heard it takes you to a different level of stisfaction.

shotting the wife must have just been a task...maybe they raped her first them just shot her because they didnt want her to identify them...but why the 3 year old maybe the same thing it must give them extreme pleasure taking the life of a 3 year old...i am trying to understand WHY?

could it have been because they did it in front of the farmer just to show him...to get a reaction?

can some one please explain to me why?

Like the proverbial scorpion stinging the frog or the puppy crapping on the carpet - it is the nature of the un-socialized, short term thinking beast. The beast that is only concerned with the "moment" and not the consequences.

I've said this many times: "Third world punishment for a third world man" no courts no nothing - just peer justice.

I don't see it as a third world/first world thing, hatred is just hatred.

When someone....anyone has that much hatred against a perceived enemy the result of a confrontation will always by an inhuman act. Hatred transcends race, the rich/poor divide, gender, and all other social divisions, if any person is consumed by this amount of hatred the result will be the same. Killing the person isn't enough, usually heinous acts are performed as a symbol of power or victory over the victim, these acts might involved killing his family or even raping him or his family or mutilating them before or after death. Welcome to the darker side of human nature.

If you look at these kind of acts from a civilised perspective you will never understand how they can be done.

You give the animal kingdom far too much credit. Looking at it from a civilized perspective is like looking at a man who is scared of the spirits of his forefathers through an electron microscope.

The only solace I can provide for my own mind, and that is this cannot go on forever and that is a mathematical fact.

Biologically it is impossible to sustain genocide because mathematically if they"the murderers" kill all the targets there is nothing left to murder.

Statistically we are living in a war zone thus survivability is very low. Not to mention that self preservation are at an all time low...
