    We do bank recons weekly. We pick up all sorts of anomalies. Charges labelled 'Sundry Fee' among others.

    'Customer beware' has always applied to banks - they have been around for 200 years, perfecting the art of extraction from naive customers.

    However, that's part of the game. Imagine how boring life would be if we had on-sides bankers!
