Saw a newspaper article comparing body counts of U.S. an S.A. U.S.A 20 odd thousand--war, S.A. 18 thousand homicide, then other figures on rape, highjacking etc., etc.
Reminded me of a sms joke I got the other day:" Welcome to the new South Africa, where you can murder,rape, highjack,steal,or any other crime you can think of, AS LONG AS YOU DONT SMOKE!!!!!!!!
