Agreed, my mistake was to pay in the full amount. When I finally got my money today, the owner tried to make me feel like sh!t, will it didn’t work because they twisted my words and pretended that I was at fault for wanting my money back and not accepting an overpriced inferior quality product.
At another computer store my UPS was waiting and was cheaper than the one that I have ordered. Not only that, the Guarantee Warrantee is also much better!
My lesion out of all this is, record ALL your phone calls even on your home private line. Always demand promises in writing. Never renegotiate if your order is incorrect or neglected by the goods/ service provider.
I just hope I never ever have to deal with them again...
