    Ah, so reasoning must be part of the decision-making process! YES I agree with that. Management is important. I say Manage your money first and your employees must be a close second. These two aspects are what make a company function.

    So if we agree on that, then the rest of my bizarre posts “sorry I have been getting very little sleep” are just the other side of the coin. The worker’s point of view if you will. See people must not feel that there about to get fired every single day.

    Clear rules are essential and managing those rules is a fulltime job. The truth is we are a hardworking people “yes you do get exceptions” but take into consideration if what you are asking your employees is actually within their capacity?
