The Big Green Comes to South Africa

Today is a momentus day, Lime Media Marketing has come to South Africa.

You may read this and think wow (sarcastically) another marketing company but you'd be wrong, Lime Media is a steamlined modern company with a history of excellence in the United Kingdom, USA and Australia and now the big green is in South Africa.

So Why is Lime Media So Special

Lime Media is a real success story, after opneing in the UK in 1998 only a month after google they grew like wild fire and by the year 2000 were one of the top 10 media companies in the UK.
They gained a reputation as the guys to go to if you wanted a successful advertising campaign online.

So Why South Africa?

South Africa is the economic powerhouse of Africa, leading the continent in industrial output and mineral production and generating a large proportion of Africa's electricity.

The country has abundant natural resources, well-developed financial, legal, communications, energy and transport sectors, a stock exchange ranked among the top 20 in the world, and a modern infrastructure supporting efficient distribution of goods throughout the southern African region. So of course this would be the next big step for the big green.

Lime Media is New Approach Marketing

A friend of mine here in Joburg was using Lime Media for a few months. She emailed them to cancel. They then called her to get her to change her mind. I was in her office when they called her. They tried putting her under loads of pressure but she wouldnt go back to them. They were abusive and threatened to bring her business down. She was very shocked and upset by this.

Two months after she cancelled, they charged her credit card anyway!!!
The payment was taken by New Approach Marketing and was done in the UK.

So watch out for these people. They are obviously not based here, but are in UK.
