    Not sure about the child care facilities. Not sure the hammock will be outside either. In fact, given that generation Y's favourite location is lounging comfortably in a hammock in front of a PC screen, having sun and a gym seems surplus to requirements too.

    lol at Dave...yes, it seems that we will never get them to do anything but lounge, well the other thing they do is to employ technology rather than enjoy it as the generation x'ers do and I assume whilst the technology is working for them, they will be playing with yet newer technology inside or out.

    I have found this so interesting to research, what is also very exciting about them is that they will not subscribe to one job only, they will want time out to save the whales and regenerate the rain forests, or do reading lessons with illiterate kids, maybe be a barman or a chef in the afternoons and attend to their medical practices and other business dealings in the morning...woohoo! The future looks bright!!
