The 75% may not be used to settle any sort of seed funding, only to improve the company itself either by expanding the area of operation, hiring more staff, buying more equipment, etc. Another concern is investments. I understand that it is not possible to invest funds in order to ensure the sustainability of the company, as 75% of the funds have to be allocated to the company itself.
