Reading that closely, turning off Autoplay also affects right click type quick menus
And Vista users, you don't need to download the patch, but you'll still have to disable Autoplay.
Surely MS will deal with this in a security update in time?
Or may AVs need to introduce a "Did you start this process" type deal for Autostarts?
