The ACASA magazine for April/May https://mags.ecasa.co.za/books/imxb/ got several very interesting articles on Single Phase testers and Solar Installations regarding qualifications and regulations. Also, a rather technical article explaining what a Point of Control and Point of Supply is in relation to an installation, very good article though.

They also defend their view on Single Phase Testers VS the view of DOL on the matter.

Just thought I'd share the articles since the topic is hotly debated.
