Medical Aid Additional Credits

Hope you are all well.
Pastel Payroll question.

I have an employee, born 1961 Feb - So in this financial YE, he turns 65.
He pays his own medical aid, so the R 364.00 Tax credit shows on his payslip. However, from March 2025, the new year, there is an additional R 1566.43 deducted - The description reads Add.Med.Aid Tax Credit Appl..

Does anyone know the reason for this?

As far as I know it is not a deduction?
