Add batteries or feedback into the grid

A question I am sure many customers facing SSEG regarations are asking. (Less than 12 months to go)

    2 x additional 5 kwh batteries will cost around R40 000 installed.

You will earn R1.25 for every kwh to feedback into the grid, but have to pay for the special meter (cost around R8000)

Taking into consideration that there is good chance that you will be moved to a time of use tariff.

You also need to factor in the saving of not drawing power at peak fee rates.
