2025 Return of Earnings for Workman's Compensation

I am trying to complete my return of earnings at https://cfonline.labour.gov.za
    It is not going well.

I can't log in with the password I used last time.
The lost password function isn't working best I can tell. I put in my ID number, first name and surname, and it returns "First name is invalid."
Tried it ALL CAPS, all lower case and First letter capitalised.

Just a momentary glitch in the matrix, or has this nonsense been going on a while?

Has anyone been successful in submitting their return of earnings yet?

I just wish I could take all my businesses across to FEM. I had that return done in less than 5 minutes without a single problem.

UPDATE: Worked on this today. Seems one part of the puzzle is to submit on the weekend when the server isn't overloaded.
Next snag - trying to submit my 2025 ROE results in this message:

ROE Application is currently unavailable due to financial year-end process.
ROE application will be back online and available for Submission of ROE on the 1st of April 2025

So I'll try again on Tuesday.

Hi Dave - you are on the ball! I think that submissions only open on the 1st April. What threshold are you using for the 2026 estimation?

R597 328 according to my payroll program. So the same as for 2025.

I remind that for 2026 it is only a provisional estimate, so should still result in something close enough when the estimate is put to the test next year.

I see Fem have issued notice stating that threshold has increased by 6% to R 633 168.00

And it is now the 12th but it is still unavailable displaying the same message that it is available from the 11th April.
