Hi,
I was hoping someone could be of assistance, I cannot be the only one with this issue. I cannot seem to get my Easyfile Thin Client V8.0.0 to work.
I'm not the most tech savvy person around so if someone could suggest a way of getting it to work that is easy enough to understand, please share!
After installation and when I try to open the application I get the following message:
"e@syFile Thin Client - System Unavailable
e@syFile Employer server cannot be reached. It is either still starting up or not available
Please try again later. If the problem persist, please contact your administrator."
I left it open for up to 1/2 an hour, so it is not "starting up" as is suggested on the message.
I have tried the solutions on the SARS website and what I could find online (on a Sage Forum there have been some discussions) but still cannot getting it to work.
Next step was to load it on another PC, totally unlinked from any network/server with full administrators access but still nothing!
Any help will be appreciated.
