Hi All - I have been using DeskTop Premier Accountant 2018 for Pro Bono work and saving the passwords in 1Password.
For some reason the password is now wrong and, when trying to use the password recovery app provided, I can't get past the Post Code which is deemed to be incorrect.
I have the original disk and serial number and product code.
Any ideas or is this Intuit trying to 'convert' me? I already use QBO Plus for my other clients so they're wasting their time..
