    Kettle tripping smart meter

I have a client who reports that sometimes when he switches on his kettle it trips the smart meter. The smart meter is a Conlog wBEC44(09).

Here is a photo of the installation in the meter box.

When our service team went to site, we could not reproduce the fault/trip.

Any ideas as to what might be causing the tripping problem?
Is there a way to access a fault log on this type of smart meter?

Update: I have told the client to enter short code #073# after the next trip and let us know what comes back as the result.

Is there solar on site ?
If there is then I would put it down to when kettle switches off that there is a slight feedback which trips meter - Have not heard of kettle on doing it unless when kettle goes on the inverter and battery ramp trying to supply and create a feedback

We have a BEC44 that is tripping on feedback and have tried everything to stop it - Mainly when sun comes into play and battery is also supplying load
They are set over sensitive and Utilities refuse to get a code to allow 50w feedback to stop the problem
