We have been using Pastel Express since the start of our business. I was off sick for a long time, and when I returned, I discovered that the lady had started working on SageOne. As a result, we now have two sets of books that don’t match, as mine was a highly detailed system.

I decided to continue with SageOne, as I was willing to learn, but I need honest advice before the year-end. Should I align SageOne with our Pastel Express records, or should I switch back to Pastel Express?

I really like the dashboard and bank manager features in SageOne, but without an internet connection, I’m stuck. On the other hand, I enjoyed Pastel Express because I am familiar with it, it was detailed and felt more like a proper accounting system. SageOne, in comparison, feels like it has too many steps.
