Number of test reports for a grid-tie inverter SSEG

I am just making sure I am not losing the plot here.

Normally when you have SSEG, for each distribution board supplied by both the supply authority and the SSEG you would have a test report for when it is supplied by the supply authority and a test report for when it is supplied by the SSEG unit.

However, for a pure PV SSEG grid-tie install, the inverter only supplies power when the supply authority's power is on. When the supply authority's power drops, the grid-tie also stops supplying power.
Do you still do two test reports, one with just the supply authority connected, and one with both the supply authority and grid-tie SSEG connected?
Or will one test report suffice?

(Comparing the two, there appears to be no material differences in the test readings).

I would say on a str grid tie, no 2nd test report as when you test you will be testing main incomer - it is not an alternative supply and cannot provide supply when main supply is not available - Looking at 7.12 , to me it appears to be only when mains is not there or used

    7.12 Alternative supplies
NOTE Alternative supplies include but are not limited to low-voltage generating sets,
photovoltaic (PV) installations, gas generators, diesel generators, wind turbines and
    hydropower plant.
    7.12.1 General
7.12.1.1 Subclause 7.12 applies to an installation that incorporates
alternative supplies intended to supply, either continuously or occasionally, all
or part of the installation with the following supply arrangements:
    a) supply to an installation or part of an installation which is not connected to
    the main supply of a supplier;
    b) supply to an installation or part of an installation as an alternative to the
main supply of a supplier; and
    c) appropriate combinations of the above.

NOTE 1 Requirements of the supplier should be ascertained before any alternate
supply is installed in an installation connected to the main supply of a supplier.
NOTE 2 This part of SANS 10142 does not cover the generation plant, integration and
synchronising requirements of an alternative supply operating in parallel with the main
    supply to an installation.
