soluble oil to prevent corrosion in injection mould factory

Hi,

What soluble oil can be added to the water in a cooling tower that runs thru an injection mold factory to prevent corrosion in all the injection molds?

We are a injection mould company and the water in the area has many minerals or high PH levels, so when the water is pumped from the cooling tower thru the factory to all the injection mould machines, the moulds that are running long production is corroding really bad.

I thought of using the soluble oil that we use in our cnc machines for coolant. But this might be an expensive exercise.

Any advice would be much appreciated
