    Voters roll

So I decided to check my status on the voters roll on the official government site.

Yay, I'm registered to vote, but there's something strange. Am I missing something ?

In bold, red letters it says I mustn't forget to bring a mask along when I go and vote.

    Here we go again.

Probably a residual from the last (municipal?) elections

I would wear a mask if there are masses of people. There is a bad flu virus circling. Apparently in Kroonstad people are being turned away because the hospital is full and cannot take any more patients. I've had the flu injection, but apparently this one is worse than previous years.

It would probably be more effective to have a separate queue for people with the sneezes and snotties.

If they get this virus it quickly turns into SRV (Severe Respiratory Virus) which in turn leads to double pneumonia, so there should be nobody there with this crap.

The benefit of being a Snr Citizen is that you get Senior treatment like being moved to the front of the queue. Don't have to stand with the snotties all day.

I'll have to leave my leg wound dressings exposed and take my walking stick along to see if that also works here.

For me the flu is normally a quick 2 day pop a few fizzy pills, have an early night and I am good to go. I didnt get covid that I am aware of, however a week before easter I felt a little crappy, spent the entire long weekend on my back, man down, had to get up and go to work on the Tuesday, decided to get medication, it took another week before I started feeling better.

I went to vote this morning, realized I had left my ID at home, had to go collect it, from the time I left home till I was walking out the building took around 20 minutes.

I want change and I see this young man Chris Pappas is proving that he has what it takes to improve our lives, he gets my vote.
