There is no option to do that, using the regular user interface.

However, if you can send me a backup of your V19 company, I could work on the database to allow it to work in V18.

As a matter of interest, why are you wanting to downgrade?

Hi Neville. Actually its 4 databases. We are using v19 and these are Zimbabwean Companies of which a new currency was introduced and need to convert the currency for those 4 databases. Unfortunately the pastel Currency convertor for v19 is not working. I think pastel is aware of it so i want to downgrade to v18 convert using v18 currency convertor and then upgrade after the conversion. Is this charged? If so how much?

I'm not aware of the function "Currency Converter". Where do you see that in Pastel?

Are you not referring to Currency Revaluation?

    Hi Lewis,

Well, well, I have learnt something new after all my years of consulting - I was unaware of that utility.

Which build of Partner V19 are you using? The latest build is 19.4.4 - perhaps the utility works on a later build?

You can download the latest build from: https://pastelupdate.sagesouthafrica.co.za/

It might be worth checking that out before we go down the path of downgrading, etc.

    Hi Lewis,

I have just tested the Currency Converter on an entity in my V19 Build 19.4.3 system and it seemed to work perfectly.
