Hello
Can we invoice a supplier for an item that is under warranty and being repaired but for my time for sorting it due to a faulty product ?
The amount of times I have had to go to site to sort something or send back etc for faulty equipment on the supplier side ?
Just so so frustrating wasting my time for a product installed that fails.
