What is wrong with installing a lithium battery in a cupboard? Would the Sunsynk warranty cover an installation like this. You read so much crap about the manufacturers standards and requirements, then you just look at their website. By the way if you going to attach pic to the warranty application make sur eit look like it is done as per the specs in the manual with the correct spacing![]()
What separates this video from any other video you might see on the WWW ? Do some research on this person and you will find that he has a long legacy of training apprentices and works with this platform (efixx), which does extensive training and videos related to regulations.
The way I see it, he would have checked and verified all the regulations related to lithium battery installations, any the dangers relevant to the location and installation, considering it is in his personal home where his family lives.
Lets not even go into all the lithium batteries around the house, stuck in mobile steel and plastic boxes.
When are we going to get this right and stop wasting the customers money, running additional cables all the way to garage and outbuilding, creating more problems with excess cabling, volt drops because many electricians dont have a clue how to do volt drop calculations and how to derate cabling when installed in hot roof spaces and underground.
I dare to prove this installation is illegal and dangerous. (lets not try dump old regulations relevant to old lead acid batteries.
