    Flat twin cable outside

    Hello

So I have been seeing a lot of flat twin cable uses lld outdoors. That can't be done as it can not be in the site of the sky and not rates for outdoor.

So how does one cover it ? Rewiring is often not plausible due to cost.

Secondly, if it is painted, is that then ok as the paint has UV properties etc ?

We have been lucky and can get trunking around or run Sprague to cover but sometimes not and to re do it is costly.

Wondering if anyone wiser has solutions ?
