    Yeah I can't think of anything not, it's a shielded cable so it can take the sun, but as you say ceiling I see it out of potential damage so so requirements for mechanical protection and if it's on an Earth leakage even more Fine.

    Only issue I guess is aesthetics as may not look to pretty.

    Also the cable must not sag, there is something about sagging in the regs that rings a bell. Probably for containment but can't have undue pressure on terminations
