    Question Exterior Wood Sealer/Paint

    Hi,

Each year I'm having to replace bits of my balcony due to rot.

I'm looking for a heavy duty paint & sealer in one (white, not clear or wood colour). The only product I could find and have been using is something called Gripseal, but it does not work very well and once the container has been opened it start coagulating very quickly and impossible to reuse within a couple of months.

Any ideas on something I could use? Like a roof paint maybe? Something hardcore... and white.

    Thanks!

Look at the O'Grady's range of Epoxies - Corpro 200 white is what I have used on a cement floor. Apparently it bonds well to most surfaces, but might be too brittle for wood. They have another product Corpro 700 designed for marine environments that has some flex.

    What Derlyn said.
Use pink primer primer first and I swear it will last for life.
