Simmilar problem i have as with the previous threads, with COC issued.
This time with the electric fence.
Once again any assistance in regards to Sans regulations would be appreciated.
Even if it is just to comment on any false flags.
This won't necessary sort my problems out, but at least i know what needs to be done to rectify the various problems and
have no issue with getting a legitimate COC in the future.

Company reports the faults as follows.
A - Sans Regulations Issues.
1. No earth spikes connected to energiser
2. The earth wire for existing earth spikes on the fence are not isolated.
3. There are not enough warning signs on the fence.
4. The tension points do not have strain brackets.
6. HT wire from energiser to fence is not completely isolated.
7. The earth wire was not connected to the electric fence, possibly removed because of contact with branches or leaves.
When earth wire was connected, it tested as working.
B NON-Sans Regulations Issues.
1. The energizer wiring has not been neatly installed.
Below are pics showing top and bottom view of energizer, as well as the typical type of cable used in the fence earthing.
Where in some places is has detached, and in all other places there is no conduit protecting such a cable. ( I understand this to be a requirement)
Please advise!!!!
