    New prepaid metering system

Anyone know what this is all about?

Got a call from a customer requesting that I quote to disconnect and remove a private prepaid meter.

Do you have to do this for "all" prepaid meters or only eskom and municipality meters.

I would asume the private prepaid meter companies will sort this out if required, so it should only be the municipality meters that will be affected.

No big deal. One 20 digit coupon code to be entered and you good to go.

This affects all prepaid meters and the upgrade code will be supplied by the meter administrator at the appropriate time.

Why am I hearing low frequency sounds, voices and sirens from my electrical devices? When my smart meter runs out of power, the low frequency sounds stop.
