Pastel help: Emailing pastel statements through Outlook 2016

Good day to everyone, I'm trying to help a customer send their statements out via email. Everything was working fine till today when Suddenly it's throwing an error
    Code:
    Run-time error 32025 - Method ~ of object ~ failed.
This happens after it goes through outlook 2016 and says

    Code:
a program is trying to send an email message on your behalf if this is unexpected...
This is where I allow it through the antivirus. Very similar to THIS THREAD but my one has a different version and the software suggested hasn't helped.

Anyone know how to fix this so statements can be sent out?

Open Microsoft Options. Under File, Options, select "Trust Centre", "Trust Centre Settings". Under Programmatic Access, select the option "Never warn me about suspicious activity".

Thanks for the response but that didn't work. I should have mentioned I've tried that already. I had to change it via regedit as the antivirus is up to date and was showing as working. Because of that it doesn't allow you to change the options using the menu, only in regedit.

You can probably change the setting in Outlook if you run it as an administrator. Here are some other options to try if that didn't work:

    - Make sure that Outlook is set as the default email program
    - Ensure that you have a default email address and data file set under Accounts
    - Check that the email is setup as pop3 nad not mapi
    - Repair Microsoft Office
    - Completely uninstall and re-install Microsoft office
    - Switch Microsoft Office from a 32bit to 64bit or vice-versa
