I have almost the same issue as Coen posted yesterday re the registering of Pastel Xpress on laptop again after I had to have it removed.
I do have the CD which I follow set-up process again.
Once loaded and visible on Laptop, want to open but it did not allow me to.
Does not show any company under section to choose from to open. If I proceed to manage give me black square with company name.
If I click on company name, it directs me to following block where I can select server or new company.
Cannot do new company as I already have two (but they are both lying under "show removed" section.
I did the server selection option by going to Custom/Registration and it tells me server already registered.
How do I open my previous set of accounts from Pastel?
Or if not, how do I delete all and start Pastel from scratch?
Please advise urgently
