    Pastel Express registration

    Cannot register my existing Pastel Xpress on a new computer. After validating my Access Code and proceed to the next step a different Access Code appear and the generated registration code is rejected

    I have almost the same issue as Coen posted yesterday re the registering of Pastel Xpress on laptop again after I had to have it removed.
    I do have the CD which I follow set-up process again.
    Once loaded and visible on Laptop, want to open but it did not allow me to.
    Does not show any company under section to choose from to open. If I proceed to manage give me black square with company name.
    If I click on company name, it directs me to following block where I can select server or new company.
    Cannot do new company as I already have two (but they are both lying under "show removed" section.
    I did the server selection option by going to Custom/Registration and it tells me server already registered.
    How do I open my previous set of accounts from Pastel?
    Or if not, how do I delete all and start Pastel from scratch?
    Please advise urgently
    Pastel Express 2007 version 9.3.3.

    Try using the following site to register the software manually: https://portal.sage.co.za/accounting...ration/online/ Alternatively, contact the Sage call centre for assistance on 0861 237 243.

    On the 'open a company' screen, click on the 'Manage' button. Then click on the 'add company' button. Then navigate to the company data folder (e.g. Xpress09\CONAME). Double click the company folder and click on the OK button. It should then appear in the list of companies. Close the registration screen and you should be able to open the company.
