I dont know about you but I cant understand why this fridge, freezer thing is such a big issue with load shedding. Why insurance companies even entertain frozen food claims due to load shedding. The biggest bike gang in the world is just a app and under 60 minutes away.

We have super markets with walking or quick cycle distance of our homes.

We have checkers 60/60 or Uber foods etc.

Why do people still store 30-60 days food in the freezer, dont say because they bought it at the right price, because the storage cost and risk of loosing it due to load shedding or a transformer blow up.

Maybe there is something I am missing, its like having the electrician leaving site to drive to the wholesalers to collect a 4x4 flush box, really, who still does that?
