    Workmans compensation

I stay in a complex, the gardener is employed full time (monday to friday), Must I register him for workmans compensation or is it not necessary.

Domestic workers haven't been covered by Workmans Compensation, although there is change coming as I recall.

However, if the gardener is working for the complex, I should think that is a step beyond being a domestic worker.
