    Sage Online - Inventory Question

    Hello Clever Peeps

My client has just sold two developed properties and I want to raise invoices to match the proceeds thereof.

First invoice no problem, but the second one fails because the setup assumed that Inventory would be required by the company. As there are only 4 houses built, this was always a tad optimistic..

    How do I rectify this?

Any assistance deeply appreciated, as always.

Hi - you can invoice by selecting "type" under account instead of "item". Invoice using the General Ledger account.

    Many thanks, Travis.

    I'll give it a go.

    Kind regards
