Electic fence interfer with led fitting

I got a client who asked me to install LED back up fittings at their complex. I installed the fittings below the electric fence cable which runs in a pvc conduit pipe. When the mains power is on everything works as it should but as soon as there is load shedding and the lights must come on at 30% of its brightness the lights is starting to flicker when the fence is pulsing. Any idea what I can do to prevent it from happening?

Electric fences do give off inductance or what ever it's called. So it's sending voltage through the airgap and the cables are picking up the voltage.

I am not sure how to fix it perhaps use shielded cable or braided cable to feed the LED and perhaps earth the braided sheath.

Check your earth - have had it when a fence shorts down to earth and it brings LED on - Earth to the LED was a bit shitty and picking up the elevated voltage on the fence earth

Thanks but the fitting and the led casings are all plastic so there is no place to connect the earth. Are you saying that I need to connect the one end of the supply cable earth feeding the light to the main earth of the house?
