There are many issues wit this DB, like the wire thickness connected to the yellow etc.
My main concern is the main switch and isolation (safety first).
Stuff like no earth wire on a ceiling fan, or a PVC replacement socket outlet with no earth or a 50 amp breaker is connected to a 1.5 mm wire are as common as DB's that look like this. We all know that it cant be that dangerous, because if it was you wouldn't find it on properties that are 50 years old and have been like that for the past 10 years.
Cannot see a problem with mains.
Isolator. Supply in bottom, load out the top. That's how we were taught to do it on the railway .

Oh goodness, didn't see the neutral there, thought the camera angle distorted it.
My phone I cant see the CB ratings but I do now see the yellow cable to the red cable so I assume it's a higher CB hahaha.
